Welcome to AviatorsPrep. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AviatorsPrep website, mobile application (future release), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), which are operated by AviatorsPrep. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms and supervise your use of the Service.
AviatorsPrep offers tools and content designed to assist aspiring pilots and aviation enthusiasts, including but not limited to: Video lessons, practice quizzes, and mock exams AI-powered tutoring and mock interview tools Comment-enabled educational videos A user dashboard for managing progress Optional premium features (coming soon) Future updates may include a mobile app and paid membership options.
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not: Post, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or misleading content Harass, threaten, or abuse other users Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or data Use the platform’s content for commercial gain without written permission Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service
Where enabled, you may post comments in designated areas. By submitting content, you: Grant AviatorsPrep a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and moderate your content Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post Acknowledge that we may remove any content at our sole discretion

Upon release, AviatorsPrep’s mobile application will be governed by these Terms and may also be subject to additional terms of third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
All content, branding, designs, trademarks, and platform code are the intellectual property of AviatorsPrep or its licensors. You may not: Copy, distribute, or exploit any content without permission Use any AviatorsPrep branding without written authorization Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
AI-driven tools and simulations are provided for educational purposes only. They do not replace certified instructors, legal aviation training, or FAA-authorized materials. You agree to use such tools responsibly and at your own discretion.
We strive to ensure the platform is accessible and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time without notice and without liability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or act in a way that could harm the platform or others. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective Date" accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
The use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or artificial intelligence agents to extract, analyze, copy, or interact with any portion of the Service is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Violators may be subject to account termination, IP bans, and legal action.
